I'm still alive.... for now :)
I have an appt with the pulmonologist in August because the GI and Asthma doc cannot figure this cough out.
Robby is awesome and so is Maddy.
My girlfriend is going through a rough time. Her sons (my sisters Godsons) are both Autistic. Joey, the oldest, is going through testing at CHOP for Mito. It is not looking good. So even though Robby and I personaly do not have it we are now experiencing this all over again personally with our friend. The tests, the waiting game and the feeling of what if? I have been answering or trying to answer as many of Amy's questions as possible, but I am not a doc I am a mother who has been in her shoes so I just keep reminding her I am hear for her to talk, cry, worry and laugh with.
So I will keep on speaking out agaoinst MITO and raising awareness as much as possible.
Hope you are all well. Many prayers to all of our friends who are in the hospital and not feeling well right now. There seems to be many of you.
Raising awareness with a youtube video featuring one of the best MITO docs in the country! Dr. Shoffner in Georgia.
