Another Good Week

Wow I can't believe a week has past and I haven't updated you all at least once.

SORRY

I just can't find the time during the week with work and the kids.

Everyone is good. Maddy is still on antibiotics for her ear infection but she is good. I went on antibiotics today to prevent anything that might be going on. I have had a severe sore throat for the past few days and really wheezy and tight. The only thing is the antibiotic they gave me makes my stomach really upset. So I am not sure what to do. My immune system is already down so I want to take the pills so I don't get even more sick but I hate being sick from the dumb pills.
Today the doc that saw me (who is not my regular doc) said to me "your generation is suuposed to live to 85-90 years and you already had cataracts" "Very Rare" he said. I just shook my head told him about the muscle biopsy and that the docs were trying to figure out if it was metabolic, neuromuscular or Mito. He said again "very rare" and I said "it isn't really rare, you docs just don't know enough about it." ( regarding Mito)

Rob has the kids this weekend and they are going down to visit his family in Virginia so I will get some much needed rest.

Robby is very well and has been eating really good for me finally! I am still not sure what was going on there for those few weeks but I am just hoping it was a fluke! Because I am so happy to see him eating again! We had a great appt at Shriners on Monday and he has new straps that attach to his DAFO's and keep his legs straight. It is amazing! He walks with his walker, feet straight now!

I am reading a new book, It is called - The Lost Women of the Bible: The Women We Thought We Knew. It is by Carolyn Custis James and so far it is really good. I picked it up at Ollies and even though I have 3 books started at once I think this is the one I will finish first.

So anyhow.... I will update soon. I hope all is well with everyone and maybe I will be able to get some new photos up here before Christmas!
